This new build in Christchurch features reclaimed flooring boards from the historic Odgen's Imperial Tobacco Factory in the UK. The aged timber gives a much more subdued vibe to this spacious open plan living area, with the large sliding windows allowing a play of light and shadow. These 260mm wide boards have been oiled, leaving the original natural aging and patina.
